In the seventh episode of “Men Who Understood the Times,” we discuss the stranger things in the spiritual realm. “For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places” (Eph 6:12). We investigate aliens, UFOs, Area 51, ghosts, Ouija boards, haunted places, and cryptids like Bigfoot.
We see that people are often oppressed by demons, while many are possessed by demons. Demons use fear and intimidation to draw us away from Christ. Demons use light and pleasure to equally draw us away from Christ. People are pagan, superstitious, and ritualistic by nature. That means they are drawn to these spiritual things. Aliens, ghosts, cryptids, etc., often fill the vacuum where people have absented them from Christ, his Word, and his divine will.
